Within the BDRP-jhang phase 2, I have been promoted as component lead (Employment Support Program -ESP).
I was responsible to design the ESP; its planning, budgeting, and implementation and exit strategy with the number of 411 male & female skill training graduates in the three different trades (Dress making, Motor bike & Mobile Repairing).
Successfully and timely achieved the set targets regarding job placement, linkage development with the relevant industry through smart planning and management of the ESP.
Took lead in the shortlisting & interviews for the selection of potential trained graduates from the targeted UC’s.
Being component lead looked into overall mapping of potential markets & industries for the job placement.
Conducted consultation workshops with the market/industries to find the better opportunities for trained graduates.
Successfully established 10 Dress making production centers and placed 150 female trained graduates.
Provide technical & financial assistance to the 200 motor bike and mobile repairing trained graduates, and distribute tool kit for their small scale startups in their areas.
Successfully placed 61 trained graduates as interne leads to job at potential markets/industries
Strengthening the skills, providing tool kits and linkage development; 411 households were made livelihood resilient.
Follow-up visits, monitoring & reporting to P.M all the project interventions carried out by the social Mobilizers, compile the case studies, success stories, lesson learned, monthly, quarterly and completion reports.
